Many channels are working on shows to spice up the line up on prime time once again. Makers of popular shows Dil Se Dil Tak, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Barrister Bahu too are working on something new and the news is that they will soon be coming up with a new show which is tentatively titled ‘Jeevan Sathi’
Media has already reported about Tina Philip roped in to essay the lead in the show. Now the latest news that it is being reported is that the makers have finalized Rohan Gandotra of ‘Kaala Teeka’ fame to play the male lead.
According to a leading portal, Rohan will be playing a younger character, aged around 25 years. His role will be similar to that of Ranbir Kapoor’s in the film, ‘Wake Up Sid’. A carefree guy but at the same time very protective and caring about his family.
Rohan is not a new name in the industry. He has been part of shows like ‘Qubool Hai’, ‘Dhhai Kilo Prem’ and was last seen in ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’. Rohan was also roped in to portray the new Parth (originally played by Sidharth Shukla) in ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’.
