We all were taken aback when we got to know that many of the shows that we adored a lil while back will never make it back to TV post the lockdown. Fans and viewers of Sony TV shows were in for a real shock when it was confirmed that Sony TV’s Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein, Beyhadh 2, and Patiala Babes have been axed.
Apart from being shocked and emotional about the shows, actors associated with the show and even some fans couldn’t help but feel sad about the fact that their respective shows are ending abruptly without any desired or deserved conclusion. And both the cast and the cast deserve the story to be ended, the loose threads to be tied together. Just like Beyhadh 2 and Patiala Babes, Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein also had a planned conclusion and now that it won’t be possible for us to watch the end, we might just read it.
You can read in this piece about how Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein was originally supposed to end. According to sources, the lead character Gunjan, who has lost her voice in an accident, gets operated. On the other hand, Gunjan’s dad Yogi manages to collect money for the operation. At the end, the operation gets successful and Gunjan gets her voice back.
The show, as we know, narrated the saga of a hearing-impaired boy named Yogi (played by Mudit Nayar) and Gunjan (played by Simran Pareenja).

It doesn’t seem fair to me, this is a great lack of respect both for the actors and for all those who worked on it behind the story and especially for us who followed it. At this point it was better to complete it without lengthening it too much but ending it, instead of closing it without a real end and to nip the story like that! -_-
