The Episode starts with Shakuni blaming Sanjay for meeting Suryabhan. Albert defends Sanjay. Sunaina says Sanjay has come to meet me. Albert says Sanjay had sent the letter for personal reason. Shakuni says its false, people uses such letters for political affairs, I challenge you, just tell me, who sends letters for personal use. Mandakani gets the letter and says Shakuni had sent this letter to me. Albert reads the letter and everyone laughs. Albert says its dirty picture, Shakuni uses the letter for his personal use. Shakuni asks the artist did he see Sanjay meeting Suryabhan, show the painting. Chatur says yes. He shows the painting. Albert says we can’t use photos for evidence. Sanjay says Shakuni has edited the pic like this one. He shows pic of Shakuni meeting Suryabhan. Gandhari says we will go and have food now. Maharaj says I m liking the court case. She says you eat food and then you will like it well. The people come to take Shakuni’s interview about the case. Maharaj and Gandhari also give the statement. Albert says we trust the law. Sanjay says I want the bail. The court case resumes. Shakuni says I will bring such a witness that everyone will be shocked. He calls Maharaj. Albert says judge can’t be a witness.
Maharaj says I want to become a witness, Gandhari, I will just come. He goes to the witness box. Shakuni asks did you see Sanjay entering the palace like a thief. Maharaj says yes. Albert asks did you see Sanjay entering the palace at night. Maharaj says yes, I have seen it by my eyes. Albert asks how can this happen, did you ask where did Sanjay go. Sanjay says I won’t tell everything to Maharaj. Maharaj says you should have told me everything, you didn’t take me out since ten days. Sanjay says I told you that car brakes have failed, stop bathing under the waterfall, we are never going. Maharaj says I won’t talk to you. Sanjay says I won’t talk to you. Albert says no more questions. Maharaj goes and sits in judge’s place.
Shakuni says I want to call my next witness, Maharaj Suryabhan. Suryabhan comes. He says I won’t tell you anything that Sanjay comes often in the evening to Suryagadh. Shakuni asks what does he do. Suryabhan says Sanjay is my new spy, I won’t tell this to anyone. Sunaina gets upset with him and goes. Suryabhan also goes. Shakuni says now its proved that Sanjay is Suryabhan’s spy. Albert says time is up, court time has ended, give next date for the hearing. Shakuni asks when will we get justice. Maharaj says tomorrow. Sanjay waits for Sunaina. The boys come to meet him. They ask will you die. Sanjay says no, we will win the court case, if Sunaina tells that Suryabhan was lying, then it will be good. The boy says she is Suryabhan’s daughter.
Sanjay says you are Maharaj’s sons and came to meet me, Sunaina can come too. The boy says we love you, does she love you too. Sanjay says that love is different from this love, you will understand this when you go to college. Albert talks to Sunaina. She says I get shocked when dad says the truth. Albert says Sanjay is not a bad guy. She says I will come and tell truth in the court. Suryabhan comes. She makes Albert run away. She doesn’t let Suryabhan see him. He says you won’t go anywhere, the guard will keep an eye on you. He pushes the ladder down and goes. Albert starts the case proceedings. He says the evidences are fake, Sunaina will come to testify. Maharaj permits to call her. Suryabhan says I didn’t permit her. Sunaina asks the guard to leave. She sees Bhim hitting the guard. Bhim asks Sunaina to come and save Sanjay.
Arjun asks her to come fast by the window route. Shakuni says its enough now, we want justice now. Maharaj feels sad to give death sentence to Sanjay. Sunaina sends someone. An old woman comes. She asks them to stop. She says Sunaina couldn’t come, so she has sent me. Albert asks did you see Sanjay meeting Sunaina. Daasi says he is Sanjay, he used to come and meet Suryabhan. Albert asks what. Suryabhan laughs. Shakuni says now even she has told the truth. Albert asks how many times did you see Sanjay meeting Suryabhan. She asks Shakuni to tell how many times she should say. Shakuni asks why are you asking me. She says you didn’t tell me what to do, I want more gold coins for this. Albert says Shakuni paid money to get wrong testimony. Maharaj says I will end this court case here, put Shakuni in the jail. Albert hugs Sanjay and goes. Sanjay asks Daasi isn’t she scared. Daasi taunts him. Sanjay sees Sunaina in disguise of the old woman. He smiles.
