She is one of the most outward and extrovert person we have known till date. This attention seeker went under the knife multiple times for liposuction to br*ast implants to shaping the jaw line, nose job, and eyelid enhancements.
Due to the plastic surgery, Rakhi Sawant looks more plastic. But interestingly, she is one of the few actresses, who have always been upfront about her plastic surgeries. In the popular TV chat show, Koffee With Karan, Rakhi had also said that a doctor can give you what God hasn’t.

Sara Khan is an Indian model and actress who made her television career with Star Plus show “Sapna Babul Ka…Bidaai” as Sadhna. She was also a contestant on Bigg Boss season 4. The actress opted for plastic surgery and had a lip surgery done. But sadly it went wrong and she has been under fire ever since she shared a new selfie, which presumably showed her after lip surgery. However, in an interview, Sara revealed that she has not exactly undergone a surgery, but have used lip fillers actually!!!
Gauahar Khan
Gauhar Khan During an interview admitted to having undergone lip surgery. Actually, she had committed to a reality show but when the shape of her lips deteriorated after plastic surgery, she had to opt out of a fashion show. She said, “I wanted to try lip augmentation in a temporary way, which would last for three to four hours. But I did not like it and I postponed the shoot of Khan Sisters (reality show).
