Star Plus has always been a trend setter. The channel first moved the slots from Mon-Thursday to Friday based on high viewership many years ago. Then it got pulled till Saturday by the high ratings and the much loved shows. The channel is trying out finite shows and bringing new concepts in recent times. Star Plus is now trying to expand the viewership by bringing the shows for the whole week, that’s all seven days. Though only few selected shows and slots got expansion, there is scope that all the shows can also get all week airing time.
Mohi airing on 5pm slot brought a fresh concept about a tribal girl achieving her dreams to become a doctor. Followed by the Mere Angne Mein, which brings the clashes of mindsets between generations. Suhani Si Ek Ladki is loved by all and its extension to Sunday got mores likes by the fans, just like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The fans also get the high voltage drama dose by Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Sunday. One may also get over bored by the serials running all week. The fans may miss their favorite prime time slot shows on Sundays, and have mixed reactions towards this Sunday airing. Did you like Star Plus’ all week airing trend? good ; especially for some, if d ending on sat is a tense 1 & it keeps d someone tense for 48 hours ; hectic for daily soaps teams but 20 minutes for 7 means 2 hours 20 minutes per week

Actually I want to see these shows, bt Sunday ko sabhi shows ki short stories btana chahiye, 1/2 hrs ki. and interesting future twists v btana chahiye, jisse viewers ka interest bna rahega.
Aisa karne se hm log jo saare week busy rahte hn jo ye shows dekh nhi paate, unke lie Star Plus ko aisa karna chahiye.

Love the seven day trend. I don’t like reality shows and all the singing/dancing competitions. So many that they all look the same.

I don’t like it because I loved all the smaller shows like gulmohar grand and airlines. I wish they could make a slot for shows like these!? 🙁 ?
Serials are the same….saas bahu oru saasish waali…. Then what’s the big deal….
After the closure of manmarziyaa I hardly watch any shows…. So for me its neutral
