The Episode starts with Surekha crying and going. Naira says I also feel bad for Lav and Kush, I was fighting with myself along with court battle. Kartik says I know, when we told anything against Lav and Kush in the court, we prayed that they stay fine. Naira says we acted strong and feared for them. Suwarna asks her not to cry and explain anything, no need to apologize. Manish says we need to apologize, we have blamed you like always. Naira says don’t say this, it happens. Dadi says I wish they both aren’t troubled there. Kartik says I will try my best. Manish says these two always fulfill our expectations. Trisha says I m going home, I will send your stuff. Naira says she is going back to ashram. She hugs Trisha and asks her to take care. Kartik holds Naira’s hand. Surekha cries seeing Lav and Kush’s pic. Akhilesh comes. He says we have to compromise with the situation. She says I had to send children to hostel and then I compromised knowing your affair, now the children have gone to remand home, I can’t stay here. He says I know your emotions. She packs her bags to go.

Kairav and Vansh wear hair wigs like Lav and Kush. Kartik and Naira ask Surekha to regard them as Lav and Kush until they come back. Naira says sorry, we heard your talk. Kartik asks Naira to wait, he will go and complete formalities. Naira prays. She goes to the ward and recalls the past. She cries.

Gayu recalls Samarth’s words. Kartik sees Naira and recalls the past. Chote chote….plays… Kartik and Naira cry. Naira says I didn’t even know that I will become a mother. Kartik says Kairav is very special but we had our first baby. She says if I get a wish fulfilled, I will ask for my baby back. He hugs her. He says I lifted her with these hands, I can still feel her touch, I wish I could get her back. Naira says this shouldn’t happen with Gayu. Doctor comes and says Gayu and baby are fine, she is sleeping now, she shouldn’t take stress. Naira says she is my sister. Doctor says we have done some tests, reports will come, take her home after some time. Naira says I feel suffocated here. She goes out. Kartik thinks of nurse and says Leela had given me my baby in my lap, I should meet her once. Naira sees a mum and baby. She says why did Lord get us here, when life got normal with much difficulty.

A girl calls out mumma and runs. Naira sees her going to her mum. Nurses talk about Leela’s sick state. Kartik asks what happened to her, where is she, can I meet her. The nurse says she doesn’t work here, she had to leave the job because of her illness, she is suffering from cancer. He asks can I get her number or address, my wife and sister were admitted here, Leela helped them a lot, if I could help. He comes out and sees Naira looking at some girl. She asks him to see that girl, their daughter would have been of her age. Kartik says yes, Kairav tadpole and she would have been my little lioness, she would have completed our family. Naira cries and says think what would have happened if she was with us, you had seen her, whom did she resemble. He says like my Naira, she was very beautiful.
