The Episode starts with Bharti welcomes everyone in the Mata’s Pandal and tells that they will tell the katha differently and tells that everyone especially Trikuta will like it. Vaishnavi says jai…A girl starts singing katha. Chandra comes on the stage as Asur Mahisasur. The girl sings that Asur did tapasya to get the boon. So many years passed and Mahisasur didn’t get tired or stop. He continues to play. A boy comes there as brahmadev. Devi Lakshmi asks Brahmadev if he is happy. Brahmadev says he is very excited and tells that Devi Saraswati is more excited than me. Devi Saraswati tells that she is excited as due to Vaishnavi, the kids presented katha in a musical way. On the act, kids as brahma dev asks Mahisasur what does he want as a boon? Chandra as Mahisasur aks him to make him immortal. Brahma dev tells that it is impossible, whoever takes birth have to die and says you can choose your own death. Mahisasur gets an idea and tells that he wants a boon that no Devtas can kill him. He says if he dies then shall die with the hands of a woman, tells that women are so vulnerable and can’t kill me. Brahmasur gives him the boon. Mahisasur gets more evil and tells that he will rule on all the three loks.
Pisasch Raj tells that very soon be will have all the powers of Ahiravan and then it will be easy for him to kill all of them. Bharti asks Vaishnavi to become Durga in the katha. Vaishnavi asks her to complete the katha as Devi Durga and covers her head with dupatta. She says nobody can play the role of mahisasur mardini. Bharti says I will do if you want. Devi Lakshmi appreciates Vaishnavi. Chandra as Mahisasur continues to play the role. Brahmadev tells Mahadev that they have to do something for this mahisasur. Bhakti says Mahisasur will meet his end. Mahisasur asks who will kill me? bharti as Devi Durga says that she will kill him. She walks towards Chandra/Mahisasur. Mahisasur laughs and says I will see how much powers you have. They start having fight. A tiger attacks Mahisasur. Devi Durga tells Mahisasur that she will end his sin and stabs trishul in him. Everyone appreciates the katha/skit.
Devi Saraswati and Devi Lakshmi appreciate Parvati as Devi Durga/Mahisasur Mardini. Bharti thanks Vaishnavi for protecting them for 10 nights by making them awake. Vaishnavi says no need, we shall be thankful to Devimaa as she chose me for this work. She says I am happy that everything is fine here. Bharti says I have an idea to give this a name and celebrate it every year. Everyone tells different names, as ratri katha, devi Prasad etc. Bharti asks Vaishnavi to say. Loknath says gyaani person shall name it and says I will do it. Bhakti thanks him and says I am sure that Trikuta will tell the name for this. Devi Saraswati tells that the name will be revealed now. Devi Lakshmi tells that we know that this is jagrata, but how to make Vaishnavi know it. Everyone asks Vaishnavi to say. Vaishnavi closes her eyes and thinks. Bharti asks her to tell. Vaishnavi opens her eyes and hears Vishnu, Lakshmi and others saying Jagrata. She thinks what she is experiencing and tells that the name is Jagrata. Loknath makes fun of the name. Vaishnavi says we hear katha not to be just awake and tells that it is the jagruti of our knowledge, heart, etc and we will tell this moment as jagrata. Every God and Goddess smile.
Precap: Pisasch Raj attacks Bharti. Vaishnavi comes to her rescue. Pisasch Raj provokes Vaishnavi to lift the trishul. Vaishnavi lifts it. Mahadev runs to destroy the earth.
