Kajal Vyas as a guide entertains foreign tourists at Jhansi fort and describes how great Rani Lakshmi Bai was. She shows them whole fort and takes them to street food area where she sees a panipuri vendor’s sad face without customers and lies foreigners that Rani Lakshm Bai used to love pani puri and this vendor is Rani’s vendor’s great great grandson, there is no compromise in taste. Foreigners praise her skills and pay her fees. Her friend informs her that since she bunked classes again, principal must have called her mother by now. Kajal rushes towards home when she develops sudden blind spot and blurriness around her eyes and comes in front a car. She is then rushed to hospital where doctor checks her, another senior doctor overhears them and checks her eyes, asks her to be in hospital for some time under observation. Kajal requests nurse to let her go as she is fine, but when nurse doesn’t, she silently escapes from hospital and reaches home where her grandmother is busy video chatting with her London-based sister and boasts about her renovated house. Grandmother introduces Kajal to her sister when Kajal greets great aunt and disconnects call. Grandma asks why did she disconnect call. Kajal says she is in tension and asks if she picked principal’s call. Grandma says her mother Rashmi picked principal’s call. Kajal gets tensed. Rashmi walks in and scolds her that principal complained that she bunked all her classes and didn’t even attend her exam. Kajal says she was doing practicals at Jhansi fort and shows her book. Mother scolds her that she is working hard to for her children’s future, Kajal should at least complete her BA and get a job. Once mother leaves, grandmother acts as scolding Kajal and then jokes. Kajal happily hugs her and says its all Rochak’s fault who didn’t put her attendance proxy and angrily leaves home to punish him.
Kajal reaches Rochak’s father’s book publication office where she feels blurry vision again. Rochak flirts with a few girls and tries to sell his father’s published books. Kajal enters and throws books on him. He gets afraid seeing her. His father interferes. She complains that Rochak did a mistake and should be punished. Father agrees. She angrily walks away. Father asks Rochak to right a good novel. Rochak says he will, but will console Kajal first and walks behind her. Kajal reaches on a bridge. Rochak sees her head injury and asks what happened to her. She says she met with a car accident and felt blurry vision. He asks if he is fine and asks why did she bunk classes. She says she had gone to Jahnsi fort. He says she is the first girl who instead of studying history visits historic monuments instead. A flower selling buy offers a rose to Rochak and requests him to buy it for 20 rs and gift it to his girlfriend. Kajal laughs that Rochak is not her boyfriend and even if he is the last boy on earth, she will not choose him, she needs Jahnsi’s most handsome boyfriend. Rochak says even he is not interested. Kajal and Rochak’s nok jhok continues. Rochak promises to help her always.
At night, Kajal prepares dinner for family to calm her mother and serves them. Grandmother praises her dishes and asks Rashmi to scold Kajal often to get tasty food. Kajal asks mother if food is tasty. Rashmi says she cannot prepare rotis though. Kajal says she will learn. Mother insists her to assist her in bakery. Kajal says she doesn’t want to as her goal is different. Mother says she wants to marry her soon and get rid off her responsibilities. Kajal gets sad hearing that and asks if papa would have felt same. Before sleeping, Kajal makes a bucket list and lists all her favorite tasks she dreams of. She then feels blurry vision. Doctor speaks to his friend and says he got a patient today who is losing vision slowly and may soon end up becoming blind.
Precap: Doctor asks nurse to call the girl who come in the morning as she has retinitis pigmentosa and may lose vision soon if untreated on time. Kajal feels blurry vision. In college, she meets her dream man and dances with him.
