The court announce the final decision in favor of Varun. The judge says Suomya couldn’t hire a lawyer and secure no witness; since her family doesn’t stand with her she cannot bring up any minor. The court hands the custody of child to Varun, the biological father of the child. Suomya takes Soham from Preeta and hurries out of the court. She announces she doesn’t accept the court’s decision because court doesn’t consider kinner’s human and part of society. The police stops her right in court room and snatches Soham from Suomya. The judge says Suomya holds the right to appeal in higher courts. She vows to go there. The court adds that Varun can’t leave Gurdaspur and Soham must be brought up by him only. The court is adjourned. Harman tries to calm Suomya down who was constantly shouting. Suomya faints for a while, then wakes up again and tells Harman they will appeal. Preeto was determined to fight a case till their last breathe, Varun can’t as well leave the Gurdaspur. Outside the court, a crowd chanted slogans against kinners. The media questions if this decision is rightful.
There, Varun along with his family celebrates as festivities. Shanno and others were delighted to have blackened Harak Singh’s face.
Suomya convinces Harman to file a case in higher court. Harman says they will surely appeal in high court but only when they get a good lawyer. Suomya wonders where such lawyers are found. Harman says there must be an angel who would not only fight but win their case.
Outside the house, Preeto hears a crowd with wooden rods and sticks, ready to burn the kinners. Suomya was determined and opens the door to see what they are capable of. They were shocked to see the crowd tying Malika with a wooden pole while she resisted. The crowd had vowed to burn this kinner alive, Malika raised voice against a man of the society. The Sarpanj of the village now held the burning lantern. Suomya and family had run outside. Harman stops Sarpanj, holding his hand back. Others were held back by the crowd. Harman shouts at them for being inhumane. Harak Singh tells the Sarpanj to fear God, he has daughters and will be cursed. The Sarpanj and team weren’t ready to be lenient to any of them. The police arrives to disperse the crowd, against the will of villagers. Suomya hurries to set Malika free and hugs her. Harman takes the burning lantern and announces its Holi tomorrow, it will be set tonight. He sets the wooden log bunch to fire, then takes Suomya’s hand and tires a red cloth piece to her pallu. Preeto takes a plate and spoon appreciating Harman’s love. Harman says he promises multiplied love to her. He doesn’t care whatever world calls her, she will always remain a Goddess to him. Suomya breaks into tears. Harman continues taking the seven vows, and in the eight vow he promises to get her equal right in this world and society. They look into each other’s eyes after the eight circle. He stops an attack over himself from the crowd, and promises to protect Suomya forever.
