Aditya confronts Nanda and informs Mausa that Nanda is a betrayer and betraying Patloon bro/Uma and Kanak bhabhisa. Mausa asks him to calm down. Aditya drags Mausa wit her bag. She shouts to stop. Bag falls, and Aditya sees Nanda’s wedding album and is shocked to see another man instead of Mausa. On the other side, Uma pleads inspector to let him give antidote to patient, but inspector stops him and orders constables to check Uma’s first-aid box and ambulance. Uma says if something happens to patient, inspector will be responsible. Inspector says he will be instead for giving expired medicines to patient. Patient’s wife comes out. Parag walks to her and asks to be courageous. Lady says her husband got well with Uma’s one injection, she is thankful to Uma. Parag is shocked. Inspeector apologizes Uma and leaves.

Aditya realizes Tejaswi Prakash is not his father and holding his collar misbehaves with him. Mausa gets afraid and pleads for help. Uma and Kanak walk in. Aditya tells them they don’t know what Nanda did. Kanak says they know, Nanda did not change medicine. Nanda informs that when she fell ill in jail, Dr. Parag did her checkup and stole her kidney. He stole even Mausa’s wife’s kidney. Mausa informs that Parag is his younger brother and when his wife fell ill, Parag stole her both kidney and when he confronted, Parag sent him to mental assylum. He continues that Nanda’s bad fate is her 2nd kidney is also failing, so they both want to take revenge from Parag and who else they can trust than Uma who is medical expert and Kanak who is go getter. He says Nanda went to hospital to seek Parag’s help who asked her to exchange Uma’s ambulance medicines. Kanak weeps hearing about Nanda’s bad health. Aditya apologizes Nanda followed by Uma who says all her past sins are washed away after her repenting and he will not let her die, she took care of him both as father and mother, now it is his turn to take care of her.

Nextg morning, Kanak gets ready for her exam. Suma hugs her and wishes best of luck. Aditya taunts Kanak for not studying well. Kanak says she studied whole night and asks Uma to question her. Uma gives his favorite pen and says he wrote exam with this pen. Their emotional bonding starts, they hug each other. Serial’s title song plays in the background. Kanak leaves for exam.

Precap: Kanak eats energy bar while traveling for exam. Tiara tells Chinmay that exam time is nearing, but Kanak has not come yet. Parag laughs that Kanak must be sleeping and will not come for exam, Dr. Uma’s license will be canceled automatically.
