Rithvik welcomes the viewers on Nach Baliye season 7 and calls all the couples. He welcomes them for love challenge no. 3. He says this love challenge name is “piya bawarchi hai”. He tells the girls to guide their baliyes, but can’t touch anything. Rashmi says Nandish doesn’t know anything. Rithvik asks the guys to make puris with girls’ help. All the girls try to help their baliye verbally. Rithvik says lets see baliye’s condition. It will be fun.
Rashmi asks Nandish to add salt in the aata/flour. Amruta asks Himanshu to mix the aata. Karishma helps Upen. Arpit says he is having fun to do something for his baliye. Aishwarya says Rohit is doing wrestling with aata. Amruta asks Himanshu to knead the aata and make a dough. Rashmi says I doubt if Nandish will be able to make puris in half an hour or not. Nidhi asks Arpit to make small puris. Aishwarya says Rohit is ready with roti size puris.
Karishma says she is trying to help Upen. Payal says she never made Puris at home. Rithvik checks everyone’s puris. Mrunal says she will make Sharad make puris at her home after they get marry. Rithvik says you are talking to Tripathi ji’s son. Sharad asks for pen, paper or laptop, so that he can write something for her. Sharad gets happy as his puri swells. Nidhi says Aprit learnt very fast. Everyone make puris. Amruta tells Himanshu not to cook again.
Nandish borrows oil from Arpit after he is finished with making puris. Sangram teases Payal and makes her stand at the place where he kept the puris. Amruta says she makes rotis or puris in 10 secs. Sangram asks Payal to stand there itself. Payal laughs. Rashmi eats Upen’s puri.
Rohit says my wife is a perfectionist and wants me to cook more. He jokes that he made food for African village. Amruta scolds Himanshu and reminds him of her soft rotis. Nandish says he made 7 puris. Upen says he made 11 puris. Payal says they made 6 puris. Rashmi borrows puri and eat. Rithvik asks them to pick puris and meet him on the set.
Precap:
Rithvik asks some lady to eat the puris and select the best made puris. Everyone looks on tensedly.

Now where are the haters of Arpit and Nidhi. ..After completion of their puri they go and help others to complete the task. ..nd where krishma simply said no first to reshmi before she has completed the sentence. .then when reshmi asks krishna can I have one puri..she simply said NO…then when reshmi told “khane ke lie” then she tells ok..then only Arpit comes to rescue and helped them to complete the task beside helping upen &karishma

When reshmi asks can I have one puri karishma simply refuses saying “NO” bt then she tells khane ki lie task complete ke lie nahi. .thn karishma permits. ..so jealous y..bt Arpit then come to rescue and helped them to complete the task beside helping upen & karishma

Yes Sach me mrunal aur sharad ki jodi irritating hi hai…aur tum kon hote ho dusro ko dhamkanewala. …k oi tajjob nei ki tume in dono pasand hain mrunal and sharad vi both rude or chalu hain
