Raglak ff: She is my wife (Part 24)

Warning: Small and boring chapter! -_- I wrote this to make you all clear that how Chiraag kidnapped Ragini also added some old Raglak scenes. Don’t worry I will post the next one this Saturday or Sunday!

Early morning,
Laksh woke up first and found Ragini sleeping peacefully. He wanted ask forgiveness for yesterday’s act but her sleeping face convinced him to say it afterwards. He sighed and went to the restroom. After sometime he goes out of MM in his track pant and t-shirt. After sometime, a person, of course it’s Chiraag, entered into MM in the same track pant and t-shirt as of Laksh’s. He went inside Raglak’s room and found Ragini sleeping peacefully. He let out a sigh and locked the door. He sat beside her and nudged her arms.

Ragini was woken up by the nudging in her arms. She slowly opened her puffy eyes and looked at the person who wakes her.
Chiraag: Come on Ragini! Get up! Let’s go for a walk! You will also feel fresh! Come on!
He pulled Ragini out of the bed. Ragini felt his behavior weird but still didn’t complain and went inside restroom and brushed her teeth and got ready for a morning walk. He tried to hold her hand but Ragini didn’t let him and walked little bit distant from him. At last they both had crossed MM gate and went away.

Few minutes after they had gone, Laksh entered MM. The guards were looking at him weirdly. He felt something fishy. So he rushed into his room and found his wife was missing on the bed. He searched for her in the whole house shouting her name ‘Ragini! Ragini’ but couldn’t find her. At last he went to kitchen and saw his mom there.
Laksh: Maa…where is Ragini?
Before even she could answer, the servant near her said in disbelief: But you are the one who took madam for morning walk just few minutes before sir.
Laksh looked shocked: WHAT? ME?

Suddenly his frowned eyebrows stood in a straight line, his eyes flamed with rage, his knuckles became pale because of his fists, and his broad chest falls up and down rapidly like a beast. He shouted at the top of his voice “CHIRAAG!” The whole family members arrived there; on the other side Ragini was unconscious inside a car while beside her Chiraag was driving with an evil smirk.
Sanskar came near Laksh and touched his shoulder with confusion. Laksh looked at him with the same red eyes but Sanskar didn’t flinch.
Sanskar: How do you know that it was Chiraag?
Laksh looked at him ‘are-you-dumb?’ look. With that Sanskar explained himself: Without any clue and evidence how can you say it was Chiraag? And why should he do that?
Laksh gritted his teeth and walked towards security room. He rewinds the recordings of the camera near the gate. Sanskar was near Laksh while others were still wondering what was happening. They found that after Laksh’s exit Chiraag had made entry and after few minutes, he took Ragini outside. At the sight Ragini, Laksh’s eyes became teary. His anger raised more when he found Chiraag smirk at the camera while going away.

Sanskar asked to himself: Why he had kidnapped Ragini?
Laksh with rage shouted at his father: It’s all because of you. I had already warned you to cancel his deal. But you guys just wanted money and so you let him to come inside the house and kidnap my wife.
DP feels offended: We are not running behind anyone for money Laksh. We could have cancelled the deal if you had reasoned the question ‘why’ on that day itself. Now tell me, why Chiraag had done this? Why you hate him so much? Why? Tell!
Laksh yelled at the peak of his voice: Because he is the one who had blackmailed me to act as Abhimanyu and tried to kill me along with Mansi and Nikhil!
A big thunder falls on everyone’s head. All were so shocked to hear the truth.

On other side,
Chiraag placed unconscious Ragini on the soft mattress. He sat on a chair beside the bed.
Chiraag muttered: Finally! You are with me now. No one can separate us. The plans and missions I had done for you, results in you in my arms Ragini. I am really very happy today. That Laksh finally failed in saving you from me Ragini. He doesn’t deserve you or your love Ragini, only me…only I deserve it! From today till my last breathe you are going to be with me and your so called Laksh can’t even get closer to this place Ragini. Because this is my place! Even air had to ask my permission to pass through this place. (He chuckled evilly.) Now take rest Ragini, I will get you some food and medicine.

When Chiraag locked the door from outside, Ragini opened her eyes slowly. Her already tired eyes were filled with tears. She heard what Chiraag had said. She whispered “Laksh!”
At MM, Laksh felt Ragini’s whispery call. He let out breath along with her name “Ragini!”
It’s been 1 week…Ragini was allowed to roam everywhere in the house but couldn’t step out of it. The main door was always locked and Chiraag was also in the same house. He tried to talk with her many times, but Ragini gives him cold shoulder. Laksh was using his all powers to search Ragini. He doesn’t even get any clue of their direction. He also tried to trace Chiraag’s car but he couldn’t get them. At present Ragini was standing in the terrace. She looks around. Only large and green trees could be seen in all the directions. Day by day she is getting weak as she misses Laksh a lot. She just wanted run into his embrace and get lost into him. But she couldn’t now. All she could do was just stare at a wall and remember some of her moments with him and let out tears. And now she remembers a moment when she was angry on Laksh for the fake promise on his child…

Flashback…
Ragini was arranging the clothes and Laksh entered the room. He saw Ragini with longing look while Ragini just continued her work like he never exists. Laksh sighed sadly. Suddenly their silence was broken when Mishka and Arun, who were spending their vacation at MM, entered their room. They both noticed the cold shoulder between Raglak. They looked at each other and grinned mischievously. They went to Laksh and made him sit on the bed while they both sat beside him. Laksh looked at them with ‘what-are-you-going-to-do?’ look, while they both gave him with ‘wait-and-watch!’ look.
Mishka: Papa! Let’s talk about some incidents which had taken part in your and mom’s life.
Laksh looked confused: Like?
Mishka while taping on her chin said: Liikkkeee…
Suddenly Arun interrupted: Like sometimes Ragu teacher made some stupid mistake and you teased her for that!

Laksh raised his brows while Ragini, who was hearing their conversation, suddenly stopped her work and her face become pink. Laksh who saw her reaction smirked and started saying like an interesting story.
Laksh: It happened while I was staying at your mom’s house. At that time we are not married. One day she came and knocked my room’s door and I opened it. She gave me a bag saying that I had forgotten to bring my clothes. I realized it and said yeah. Then I took the bag from her. When I opened it, I saw something which shocked me to the core. (He put his hand on his chest and looked up like remembering that scene)
Both Mishka and Arun in curious tone: What was in there?
Laksh smirked at Ragini while she closed her eyes tightly and clutched her clothes in her tight fist. He then looked at the kids and whispered: Saree!

Both Arun and Mishka were shocking: SAREE!?
Laksh in an obvious tone: Haan saree!
Mishka and Arun looked at each other and burst out in laughter. Laksh too joined them while Ragini closed her face in her clothes. Laksh in between his laughter said: You know what she doesn’t even know that she had picked a saree for me. (He chuckled and continued.) She said (He mimicked her voice.) ‘I know you are not used to this, but please adjust it for one day’. (Both Arun and Mishka clutched their stomach and laughed loudly.) Then after that her dadi came and she too tried to make me wear it without even looking at it. Then after few more drama they looked at it and realized it was a saree. Their expressions were hilarious. You know what your mom said? ‘Sorry!’ (He mimicked like her with the same expression of Ragini from that scene.)
Arun and Mishka couldn’t laugh more. Ragini couldn’t show her face. She was red in embarrassment. Suddenly Arun and Mishka looked at each other and asked: You are also laughing for what I am thinking right?

Laksh looked at them doubtingly while Mishka said dreamily: How beautiful dad will be in that saree!
Laksh’s face became pale while Ragini bites her cheeks to stop herself from laughing loud. Laksh looked at everyone with disbelief: You devils! I was explaining an incident and you are teasing me with it! You guys are so mean.
With that he keeps a pout face. Ragini tries her best to stop laughing while the kids were already rolling on the bed clutching their stomach and laughing. Laksh huffed seeing their reaction and muttered: That colour won’t suit me.
Ragini couldn’t stop anymore. She burst out in laughter without caring anyone’s reaction. Laksh looked at Ragini grinningly while both the kids were happy to see Ragini’s hearty laugh. After few minutes, their laughter dies and silence filled the room. Ragini didn’t look at anyone while Laksh didn’t look at Ragini to not to make her feel awkward.
Suddenly Arun: Uncle! Does Ragu teacher had made you stunned by her reaction and also made you think that ‘Is this Ragini?’

Ragini looked Laksh at the corner of her eyes while Laksh gulped his saliva through his throat. He cleared his throat and saw the kids with little terrified and stunned face.
Laksh: It was when I am not in my own senses. I was used as a puppet at that time. One day I did a very big mistake of my life. It’s a very big mistake. Your mom was so furious on me and confronted me with that much rage that it would kill me if I stood near her. You know I have never saw that side of hers. It was like pouring the bucket of cold water in freezing winter. She had a fire on her eyes. It just burns me whenever she looked directly into my eyes and kicked some senses to me. I was all the time looking her new side with stunned and shocked expressions. It was the first time I thought that ‘Is this really the Ragini whom I had cheated?’ {NOTE: Laksh is referring the confrontation of Ragini for the arrest of MM family during Kavya track} Laksh ends with amused and astonished look on his face.

Laksh whispered: You know guys she even called me ‘spineless man’!
Laksh pouted while the kids looked at him with ‘o’ mouth while Ragini felt like smirking at Laksh but she didn’t face him.
Mishka: Wow! Mom gets that much angry. ‘I shouldn’t do anything that makes her angry’ (She muttered to herself.)
Arun whispered in her ears: Haan Mishka! Be careful! Or else Ragu teacher may even bite in anger.
He smirked at her while she glared at him. Laksh cleared his throat to gain their attention.
Laksh: Ok next question!
Mishka: What is your first gift to mom?
Laksh: It’s a watch! (He smiled warmly while Ragini’s right hand cupped her watch on the left hand feeling it inside her heart.)

Laksh with curiously: Next!
Both kids thought for a while and in that time Ragini completed her work but still sat there to listen their conversations.
Mishka: Papa! Have you cried anytime for mom?
Laksh’s eyes widens a little while Ragini looked at Laksh this time. Before he could answer the kids were called down first for dinner. So they went. Now Laksh turned his gaze towards Ragini.
Laksh muttered in a tone that only they both could hear: Many times! Whenever I felt like she is going away from me; whenever she is not with me; whenever I hurt her without even thinking; whenever I saw hurt and pain in her beautiful eyes; whenever she cries in pain, I cried!
Their eyes were now filled with tears. They remembered the scene where falls sick while saving Swara and Laksh taking care of her throughout the whole night…
Flashback ends…

Here Ragini remembers that scene and cried while on the other side Laksh was driving his car muttering ‘Ragini! Ragini! I need to find you!’
