“Yes..he was there before time..sitting on a bench & watching the sunset..I was nervous but determined to let him know about my past..At first I wasn’t even interested in marriage but later I understood I was unnecessarily becoming a burden for my family..there were numerous question asked to my father mother regarding my marriage..various ladies came & suggested new boys so I finally decided to marry but with a boy who will accept me with my past & also agree to my wish..We greeted each other..He was a good looking & mature guy any girl would want..He understood my situation & even suggested me about ways that can help me get ur glimpse often…I agreed to marry him..& then after 6 years Anshika was born..Every moment spent with her..reminded me of u..I was waiting eagerly for u to turn 18..& then on ur birthday”
“But why was it meant to be when I turn 18 ??” I cut in curiously..wanting to know the reason
“Because this is the age when u r also mature & u also need guidance..I knew u will understand my problems at this age..I could have waited but I was eager t let u know about me & my helplessness..so that u don’t hate me..” She gave her explanations with tears running down her eyes without a stop..She again continued “then on ur birthday when I decided to go look for u..Sister Martha was amazed to see me..& told me to visit during Christmas holidays to visit u..I was eagerly waiting for Christmas bête..but I did not know that the almighty is so gracious that he will end my wait so soon..I know I m ur culprit but I had a reason…& that too a helpless reason..I hope u understand” She completed
I stood up & ran to hug her..I now knew every bit of truth of my life..I knew why my mother did this..I knew I have a younger sister..I know I have an understanding father..though he will be my step-father but still I am sure he will love me more than any-one..I don’t know for how long I kept crying hugging her..

Kunj again presented his instant shayari..even my mother was happy now..she smiled now & her hands were in my hands..I got up & hugged him..unbelievable naaaa in front of my mother 😀 😀
“Mumma I m no more angry with u but I will live here with Mahi..at least till we complete college..& Kunj is not just my friend..He is my boyfriend” I gleamed with joy while telling this & Kunj’s eyes were wide open 😀 😀

MAHI POV
Yuvi sat in front of me…with question look on his face..he was quiet may be he understood that it was a serious matter..He held my hand & we sat on the kitchen slab..I told him everything from the start..About my family..the rivalry…death of my parents & everything..& was crying but Yuvi said nothing..he just held my hand..I then told him about Twinkle..her troubles..& everything she had to undergo in her life..
Yuvi had tears in his eyes..He stood up & gave me a tight hug..We hugged for don’t know how much time but then suddenly he pulled away & leaned towards me..he surprised me by giving a soft kiss on the cheek..suddenly some one called my name “Yuvi bhaiya..aap Mahi di ko kya kar rahe ??”
I peeked out to see Anshika standing with her teddy..I tried hiding my smile..& Yuvi had his face turned red being caught..
“Wo Mahi di k aankh mein kuch chala gaya than na..thats why mai wahi nikaal raha tha” Yuvi gave a lame excuse..
Anshika looked pretty convince..She came near me & gestured him to make her sit on the slap…Yuvi lifted her up & made her sit too..then next she gestured him to give a glass of water..Yuvi did that too..I sat there watching him do every thing she said as a puppet.. It was really very hard for me to hide my smile but I sat there playing with Anshika & the teddy..when suddenly she spoke “Bhaiya…5 Chocolates+1 Teddy+1 Ice cream”
I and Yuvi looked at her with a totally confused look..She demanded suddenly of soo many things..
“But why babu ??” I asked
“Yuvi bhaiya pehle haan ya na” She again looked at Yuvi with her eye brows raised..Yuvi narrowed his eyes..& just shook his head to say NO
“Thik hai to mai Mumma ko bata dungi..aap Mahi di ko kiss kar rahe the” She spoke keeping the glass back on the slab & jumping down..Now I was laughing hard..It was impossible for me to now hide my Smile..This little kid was so mischievous..Yuvi ran after her to stop her but she already shouted “Mumma Yuvi bhaiya ko dekho”
Yuvi shot a look back at me with ‘I am Dead’ expression on his face..I was really enjoying it 😛 😀 watching him helpless 😀
Aunty came running in & asked “What happened beta ??”
Anshika spoke “Yuvi bhaiya kissed” “DONE” Yuvi cut in & lifted up Anshika in his arms
Aunty had a totally confused look on her face..”What done & what kiss ??” She asked
“Areey kuch nahi..Yuvi bhaiya kissed this teddy” she spoke
I wondered how good she was at blackmailing & even at making excuses..These kids of today are really amazing !!
“& what done ??” Aunty asked again
“Yuvi bhaiya will drop us back home in his car” Anshika raised her eye brow & looked at Yuvi..to which Yuvi replied just by nodding..
I wanted to laugh a lott & sure as hell was going to tease Yuvi a lot on this topic..but I remained quiet in front of aunty..
“accha haan we should be returning now..Twinkle do bring Mahi at RANVEER and ISHANI’s marriage !! We will go together” Aunty spoke..Twinki responded with a nod & passed me her killer smile 🙂
“Hey I & Yuvi will also attend that marriage..We are actually very excited for it” Kunj jumped in
Twinki blushed & I started thinking about the fun we were going to have there..Haldi..mehndi..Preety dresses..Teasing..Gosh it will be fun !! ^_^
Kunj and Yuvi went with Anshika & Aunty to drop them home & then go for their band practice..But Yuvi left Kunj’s bag on the bed..which Twinki was watching without a blink !!
