FRESHER’S DAY 

TWINKLE POV

We wore our dresses..

Mahi had a blue dress..It flowed out like a Princess Dress & sparkles covered bits & pieces of the dress & the top was a sweetheart neckline..To match with the dress she had a Mask with two feathers..one white & one blue..with a bejeweled pin on the side with a bow..The blue & white Sparkles made intricate designs on the mask..She got her first pair of blue heals to match the dress !! ^_^

I had a dark purple & pink colored dress that flowed down beautifully..The waistband was dark with pink & purple sequins with broad Straps..I got a Simple Rainbow colored lace mask with Long side feathers with flowery swirls around the eyes..I had Light Pink heals to wear with the dress !! ^_^

“Twinki u think its okay ??” Mahi asked worriedly

“Yeahh baby..I bet on Rs 500 that Yuvi will like it & u both will kiss too !!” I winked

Mahi let out an irritated grunt & I smiled at my success at embarrassing Mahi !! 😀

Yuvi arrived to pick up Mahi..Mahi did not seem happy nor that excited as she was the day Yuvi asked her..Yuvi behaved as a Gentleman..He got out of the car to open the door for Mahi & the moment he saw her..his eyes went wide & he said “ MAHI ??”

“In the Flesh” Mahi replied

He shook his head a times & then held out his hands..Mahi took it & smiled..They walked off..Yuvi opened the door & Mahi sat in..She waved me a good bye..& I gave her a flying kiss..

Now I was left alone..I was sitting in my room waiting for Kunj..

An annoying knocking on my window made me stand up & look who was it..I sighed & stood up..& as I looked down I saw Kunj digging up for more stones to throw..I unlocked the latch & threw the window open..Till then Kunj found a new stone & threw it straight at my forehead..His eyes widened as he just realized what he has done..his eyes pointing at my forehead “I swear..that was supposed to hit the glass” He promised

I laughed at how adorable can be Kunj at times..Its like he doesn’t even has to try..

I looked at him..I have always thought of him as a handsome guy..but something about seeing him in a Black tie..wearing a suit..hair pulled back..gave him a whole new look that I had never seen before but most importantly his Dimples still were visible on his cheeks & his chocolaty eyes still shining !! 🙂 <3

“What the hell are u doing” I laughed

He just looked up & winked “I thought of coming up..but suddenly remembered a scene from a movie & thought of making it a little dramatic..U know that way this night will turn more memorable” He explained it ‘As a matter of Fact’

“Well then u would even love to Kiss in the rain” I suddenly realized what I spoke & turned away from the window !!

I slapped my forehead wondering how foolish can I be at times..I decided to go down myself..

As I reached the end of the stairs..& looked at him..the expressions on his face changed completely..His eyes widened..His jaw dropped & he looked at me from Top to bottom..

I stretched my hand waiting for Kunj to take it..but he continued looking at me…not moving..

“Fine” I said taking my hand back “May be some one else will escort me to the dance” I said & start moving towards the stairs..

But before I could take another step..he came right beside me..taking my hand & grabbing it tightly in his..making it sure I don’t go anywhere !!

After we reached the venue..We put on our Masks..I walked down slowly along his side every one watching us..I ignored them & reached the bottom..

“They were staring at Us…all of them” I whispered

“Thats because u r looking Beautiful..” Kunj whispered back

I could feel my stomach do a little flip..I got butterflies at his compliment..Its also possible that I blushed but I am not sure..

Music was being played & people were dancing together..The whole place was decorated with balloons..flowers..ribbons & everything u can think of..The lights were dim & the tables were covered with heart shaped balloons..

I spotted Payal & Arya dancing together..beside Yuvi & Mahi..”Awww” I pointed towards them & said

“Who are they ??” Kunj asked

I raised my eyebrows “Seriously can a mask make such a difference ?? U cant even recognize ur friend ??”

“So that Mahi and Yuvi” He said..I cant probably say anything about his expressions as I myself wasn’t sure about that..I simply nodded & said “Yeah & beside them its Payal & Arya”

Suddenly the lights went more dim & a slow track started to be played..

Every one moved to the dance floor..I was waiting for Kunj to ask me for the dance..We were still sitting at our tables..& watching the couples dance..I sat wondering what is he thinking..Its a Dance party..wont he ask me to dance..Just a day ago..he was swirling me all across the room & now !! arrggghh these boys..& people say Girls are Difficult to Understand..

“May I dance with u ??” suddenly Kunj asked

I smiled & nodded..I took her hand & he led me to the dance floor..He wrapped his arms around my waist..It felt ticklish..I couldn’t help Smiling..I also placed my hands on his shoulders & we started to sway back & forth slowly..

I hadn’t noticed the song being changed..

“I dint compliment u right ??” He said looking at me with my hands in his hands..I laughed

JAB BHI KOSHISH KARTA HUN ALFAZ KAM PAD JATE HAIN <3 “ He complimented me in his usual way of Shayari & took my hand & spun me in a circle then pulled me back..

“Thank u” I said shying a bit..my cheeks turning red..

“I wanted to tell u something..” He spoke..My eyes looked up to see his face & I fluttered my eyelashes in approval 🙂 I was getting a feeling that hee wanted to say something really worth listening..there was truth in his eyes..his nervousness could be seen in his movements..the adrenaline rush was surely high as I could make out with the sweats appearing..

“Lets go out..” He finally spoke..loosening his tie knot for easy breathing..
