The episode starts with Bapuji mistaking Jamuna as Ganga and asking why she has put garland on her photo. Jamuna with her usual style shouts she is Jamuna and not Ganga. Deepmala asks if she is twin sister. Jamuna says yes. Bapuji asks where is Ganga then. Nano gets an idea and pushes Pappu’s father on Nirmal. She faints. He then takes Patel’s out and says his family will take care of Nirmal and locks door.
Inder panics how to keep Patel’s and Jamuna’s family away now. Nano gets an idea and says they should prove each other Patel and Jamuna’s family are mad. Inder likes idea. Nano informs Patel’s that Jamuna’s family is mad after hearing news of Ganga’s death while Inder says Jamuna’s family that Patel’s are mad and think Ganga is alive. Ganga watches from monitor and praises Inder that her hero easily fooled her intelligent sister Jamuna.
Jamuna’s torture starts. She repeatedly asks Rithika to make tea and gulps in more than 5 cups of tea at once. Rithika gets tired. Geetu informs Inder that Jamuna occupied their room. Jamuna comes and tells Inder that bapuji will sleep in his room and wake up thrice, he should take care of him. A series of comedic events start. Bapuji trouble Inder while Jamuna troubles everyone. Whole Joshi family gets tired.
Paresh tells Bapuji that they should help Jamuna’s family get out of their madness. Bapuji says instead they can get some London items for free. Paresh says even helping someone is for free and with a series of comedic dialogues between him and Deepmala, he decides to give electric shock to Jamuna’s family and asks Deepmala to bring shock machine. Bapuji asks for demo and Paresh gives him shock. Bapuji shakes.
Geetu and Inder complain Ganga against Jamuna. Nano enters and tests rope on himself. They all three ask him why he wants to suicide. He says he wants to tie Pappu’s father as he enters everywhere and jeevan sangini crashed because of him. Naisha sees Patel’s entering silently and shows them on screen.
Patel’s silently hide behind sofa and try to add sleeping tonic into Jamuna’s tea unsuccessfully. Jamuna sees them and yells. She remembers they are mad and asks if they came to meet Ganga. Bapuji says their tonic is working even without being consumed and Jamuna’s madness is going away. Nano tries to stop them, they say he told they are mad. Jamuna is shocked.
Precap: Naisha and Rithika ask Jamuna to take out her saris from mama’s cupboard, else she will get angry. Jamuna asks what?? Naisha says they feel mama is around them and if she does not like anything, she signals. Lights start flickering and Jamuna gets afraid.
