Part 22

Night time
TWINJ ROOM
Twinkle and Kunj were both lying down in each other’s embrace. There was only silence of Love. It was going to be their first wedding anniversary in 2 hours and both of them were very excited. They couldn’t believe that time went by so fast and they fell in love. Fell asleep and woke up again at 12.00. Happy Wedding Anniversary they said to each other and shared a hug. Twinkle took out a small chocolate cupcake from a package that she placed on her bed drawer before and feed it Kunj. They feed each other the cupcake and smiled. Kunj looked at Twinkle who had some chocolate icing on the side of her lips. He leaned closer to Twinkle and sucked the chocolate from the side of her lips. Twinkle felt butterflies in her stomach. He looked at her after sucking the icing and Twinkle looked back into his eyes they both leaned forward and shared a passionate kiss that conveyed the love they had for each other. After breaking the kiss they boy lay down on the bed and spoke about the past year they spent together ,sleep finally took over them and they went to sleep.

Next morning
Twinkle woke up at her usual 6.30am and was shocked to see a bunch of red roses on the table in their room. She stood up and went to the table and took the flowers in her hand and smelt them. “WOW they smell so good “she said. “Not more than you “she heard her husband who hugged her from behind say. Happy wedding anniversary Twinkle Kunj said with a smile. Happy wedding Anniversary to you too Kunj she said and turned around to hug him. He reciprocated the hug. “May we have many more to come together” Kunj said. Twinkle nodded her head in a yes and kissed his cheek.” This is not done baby it’s our first marriage anniversary today and you have only given me this peck on my cheek “he leaned forward to kiss her lips, she smiled and leaned forward and they both shares a short sweet kissed that showed true love after they broke their lip-lock they shared a hug.

Twinkle and Kunj both got ready and went downstairs. Everyone wished them a happy wedding anniversary. The elders blessed them whilst the youngers teased them. Everyone was eating breakfast when Manohar spoke to Kunj. Kunj there is a property that I would like you to go and see he said. OK Papa when , Kunj asked. Manohar= at 11.00am today. Kunj was disappointed as he wanted to spend the day with Twinkle but complied. Twinkle also felt a bit upset. But Manohar asked Kunj to take Twinkle along with him so that they can spend the day together.
After breakfast Kunj along with his brothers and father went to the study to discuss something about the property he was going to see. He noticed that his brothers had a smirk on their face and were up to something.

Twinkle entered their room followed by Mahi and Chinki. Mahi= Twinkle its your marriage anniversary today so we have decided to dress you up. Twinkle= It’s my marriage anniversary not marriage that I will wear a heavy lengha. Chinki= Offho not a lengha but wear this sari. She handed her a blue and gold sari (same one she wore before Manohar went to coma) it’s a gift from me and Mahi. Twinkle= WOW its beautiful but there is no need for this. Mahi= quickly go and change into this sari it’s your elder sister’s demand . Twinkle looked at Mahi and then at Chinki and they both laughed. Twinkle= OK Didi. (Twinkle is 21 and Mahi and Chinki are 23. They are cousins before they got married. Kunj is the elder brother hence UV and Abhay call Twinkle Bhabhi) She went to wear the sari whilst Mahi and Chinki got her make-up stuff, straightener and jewellery ready. They dressed Twinkle up and she looked beautiful as usual. Kunj entered the room and saw that his wife looked beautiful. He looked at Twinkle and she looked back at him and smiled. They both looked at each other and shared an eye-lock. They forgot that Mahi and Chinki were in the room. They left the room without TWINJ noticing and giggled as they left bringing TWINJ back to sense. They both left embarrassed and Twinkle left the room with Mahi and Chinki. Kunj quickly got ready in his black formals and left with Twinkle.

Twinkle and Kunj sat down in the car. It was an open roof car. They were about to leave when Yuvraj and Abhay arrived. UV= have fun bhai. Abhay= yes bhai have fun and don’t forget to call us when you reach. Twinkle and Kunj find their behaviour weird and left after saying bye.
Mahi and Chinki saw their husbands and knew that they had done something. Mahi= UV what have you guys done? Chinki= We have been noticing from morning that you 2 have been behaving weirdly. UV and Abhay looked at each other and smiled. UV= actually I told papa that there is a good property on the outskirts of Amritsar and the last day to see it is today and the truth is that the property will be shown tomorrow. Abhay= so when Bhai and Bhabhi will reach their they will find out that the property look is tomorrow and will call papa. Papa will ask Bhai to come back tomorrow as their will be no point in coming and going twice in 2 days. Mahi and Chinki looked at each other confusingly not understanding what Abhay and UV plan was. UV= so that will mean that Bhai and Bhabhi can spend some quality time together. Mahi= is that why you asked us to pack some of Twinkle’s clothes. (when Twinkle went to wear her sari they quickly packed some of her clothes later Abhay put the suitcase away in the car boot )UV=yes Mahi and Chinki look at each other and smile.

Twinkle and Kunj were both in the car enjoying their long drive. Kunj held Twinkles hand and kissed it and she blushed. Kunj= I am sorry I didn’t want to spend the day with you like this. I mean I will be busy with some businessmen and I don’t want to leave you alone. Twinkle= it’s ok Kunj at least I will be with you. They smiled and enjoyed the drive. They reached the outskirts of Amritsar in 2 hours. When they found out that the property looking was tomorrow they rang Manohar and he told them to come back tomorrow. Kunj= at least we can spend the rest of our special day alone. Twinkle smiled and nodded her head and they left to eat in a Dhaba.
Lunch time

Everyone was eating lunch and Manohar spoke. Manohar= Kunj rang and said that the property look is tomorrow so I asked him to stay there and come back tomorrow. UV, Abhay, Mahi and Chinki look at each other and smirk.

Twinkle and Kunj were feeding each other lunch when Abhay rang Kunj and Chinki rang Twinkle. They told them how it was their plan so that TWINJ could spend their day together. They were both happy and blessed to have good siblings. Kunj excused himself and made a phone call. Kunj in his mind= Tonight will be a special night for both of us Twinkle it will be the best day of our life, he said and went back to Twinkle.
