So now without wasting time let’s proceed with our third chapter. So here we go …

Chapter 3

Ragini : ok now , let’s go for a ride and this time I’ll drive.
I and cheeku shouted : oh nooo…

Actually ragini was very beautiful and perhaps the most popular girl in our college, many time in college she got the award of fashion icon or style icon…. but her driving……oh my god…. she was a very bad driver. And that’s why I and cheeku shouted.
We sat in car. I stepped forward to sit beside ragini but cheeku sat there. And I had to sit on the back seat.
I don’t know why neeru’s word were coming again and again to my mind that ‘ragini and laksh liked each other ‘.

‘No no no’ I tried to convince my mind. I don’t know what I was thinking and I don’t know why I was thinking these types of things. I tried my best to hold my tears and to behave normal. Suddenly ragini’s phone ringed. It was her mom’s call. And her mom called her urgently at home. She had to go and she left.
But I wasn’t sad at all infact I was happy for the same unknown reason. I was lost in my own thoughts then cheeku shook me.
Cheeku: what happened to u yaar ? Where are u lost again?
Me : nothing.
Cheeku: now let’s go home…. our planned has been spoiled by ragini’s mom.
Me : No ways ,I am in no mood of sitting at home. Let’s go some where.
Cheeku : but how can we go without ragini?

Me : ok my dear cheeku. We can atleast go to your house . I want a change… I don’t want to spend my day sitting in my boring room.
Cheeku : ok.
We reached cheeku ‘house.
Cheeku :swru , you can go to my room , I’ll park the car and come.
I smiled and went to his room. Last time I saw his room 2 years back and now It was completely changed. I saw a teddy bear in his room in a corner…. I loved teddys but cheeku hated them. It was new and packed as if he bought it to gift someone. I smiled thinking it was for me. But if cheeku bought it for then why he didn’t gave me . Maybe he was waiting for friendship day to come or my birthday to come. I was feeling very thirsty and my eyes fell on the bottle kept on the table. I drunk it thinking it was soft drink but when I realised it’s taste then I came to know what actually I drunk. Cheeku came in the room. And I was sitting on the bed. He saw the half empty bottle.

Laksh : omg swru ! You drunk half bottle. If you had to drink you could have waited for me …
Me : shut up cheeku , I drank it by mistake.
Suddenly I got a call….. My father’s called ….. I picked up the call
Daddy : hello swru !!! Thank you beta atleast you picked my call … beta are You ok …
Me : suddenly you started caring for me now you remembered that you have one daughter too .
I threw my phone in anger. Cheeku came to me .

Laksh : swru … calm down…. he is your father swru….
Me : father …. my foot. (I shouted).
Cheeku hugged me.

Cheeku: control yourself swru…
Me : you’re telling me to control cheeku… do you even know what has happened with me.. you know cheeku.. when I and my brother were just four years old …. mom died … and then I thought my dad will take care of me but I was wrong…. I was completely wrong… he left me with aunty and went abroad with rohan …. everyday I used to wait for him … but he … he never came … everyday I used see his photos and talk to him but he never talked to me. (I started crying ) you know when I grew up and started going to school my classmates told me how much their father loved them but I had nothing to tell them and then when I was 8 years old my father finally came with rohan and I was very happy. One day my senior girl snatched my favourite chocolate from me I thought daddy will scold her but he… but he didn’t. He didn’t… he didn’t cheeku… he didn’t. You know what kind of pain I used to get when I and my brother had a fight and only I got the scoldings. I…
Cheeku hugged me tightly… very tightly.. his hug meant the world to me.
Laksh : swru … please don’t cry you know na when you cry I also can’t stop my tears and if you will cry again then I will give you a slap. And you look very bad while crying so stop crying.

That time I realised that I have told cheeku everything. And I ran away from there.
Thank God I got a taxi which dropped me at my house.
When I was in my room I was not in condition to think anything. But I was going on slapping myself . I was slapping on my face and telling to my self ” no no swara .. do you know what you did today ….you told cheeku everything.. now what he’ll think about you …
Slowly my eyes closed and i slept.

I woke up at evening. I searched for my phone but it wasn’t there. Then I remembered everything I did. I decided not think about it and stay happy. I decided to ‘ LIVE ‘ my life happily. I promised myself that tommorow I will not cry. Finally I started waiting for tommorow or say that A happy day was waiting for me.
Next day cheeku came to my house .
Laksh : actually… yesterday
Me : shut up … I don’t want to talk anything about yesterday. Call ragini now.
Cheeku smiled.
Laksh: I am so happy to see u happy swru

Me :I said na .. no more emotional talks. Call ragini.
Suddenly ragini came.
Ragini : no need to call me swru .. I am here.
Me : Ok.. so listen both of you. I have planned something. Let’s go.
Cheeku and ragini : where ?
Me : to my friend’s farmhouse. Actually she is not there so we can stay there and have some enjoyment there.

We reached there.
Ragini shouted : omg.. swimming pool .. I am going.
And she jumped into pool.
Me : I am not coming ..
I haven’t even completed my sentence and cheeku pushed me into pool.
Three of us laughed.
