THE SILVER LINING (chapter1)

Prologue

The Silver Lining

Every dark cloud has a silver lining, and every problem has a solution. For every difficulty there is always a ray of hope.

The sun rays shot on the Oberoi mansion, and the daily routine of people started. Almost the whole Oberoi clan was present in the dining hall waiting for their breakfast to be served by the Oberoi brothers.
“Breakfast ready!” shouted shivay
“Shivay bhaaiya, what’s today’s special…?” priyanka asked.
“Well…..” Om started.
“O… let me explain” rudra started “Today’s special…the favourite dish of our billu’s billi, meri bhabhi and our khidikitod anika bhabhi ka favourite ALOO PURI…”
“Hain…!” pinky exclaimed…” Shivay beta, this the second time in the week that you are making aloo puri for anika… u know that anika is pregnant and eating aloo puri almost twice a week is not good for health.
“Haan bhaaiya” rudra replied “aloo puri everyday is boring…”
“Anika wanted to eat aloo puri and that’s why shivay made it for her.” Om replied to pinky who was quite anxious about her pregnant daughter-in-law.
“By the way where is anika..?” questioned shivay noticing that anika was not present at the dining.
“Puttar she had gone to bring back sahil from his boarding school for his holiday’s” replied dadi.
“I hope she comes back soon, I’m missing her.” blurted shivay.
“Ahem…! Ahem…! i dint know that bhaiyaa loved bhabhi so much that he cannot stay without bhabhi even for a second” joked rudra.
“If you’re done with your stupid talks let’s get back to work. Rudra are you done with your preparations for the business meeting with the Sinhala’s and not to forget the recruitment process for selecting employee’s for the Mumbai branch…alright!”
“Yes, bhaaiya. I’m done with my preparations only one thing that is left is the deal papers and security documents which are with Om bhaaiya. once done i send them to you through Natasha, so that you can poof read and send them back to me and as far as the recruitment process I have already short-listed a sfew names with high quality and work efficiency who will be able to manage the work load of the company so that won’t be time consuming.” Rudra completed.
Shivay and the others were quite amused with Rudra’s maturity levels. He has grown up to be a mark-up businessman with loyality, sensibility and such high ranking-efficiency. It has just been a year and a half since he has taken up the responsibility of The Managing Director of The Oberoi Hotels. He worked hard every minute of his life to prove the world, bhavya, the girl who ditched him and used him for her needs and his father Tej Singh Oberoi about himself. He wanted them to know that he was not a kid anymore but he still had that innocence and that stupidity in him for his family members and the love and that madness for someone who holds a special place in his heart. He preserved that “DUMBELL OBEROI” for his sumo.
“When are you going to pune” tej initiated the conversation.
“Well, that’s none of your business Mr Tej Singh Oberoi.” Rudra replied coldly.
“I just wanted to know; don’t i even have the right on my son??? Am i an outsider..?”
“Well, you have understood that really well, i don’t think my sons have to explain you about your bad deeds.” Jhanvi replied.
“Don’t i even have a right to ask my son…??”
“Son, oh my god…look mummy ji, Tej Singh Oberoi remembers tha he has a son.”
“Jhanvi what’s wrong with you….i know i have made a big mistake and I’m repenting for it for the past two years. What else i can do…?”
“Big mistake…! That word does not fit for the mistakes you have done. It is because of you that both my sons are suffering. You snatched thiere happiness and life. It’s all because of you that Om has lost ishaana….!”
“Enough is enough….!!! Why don’t you guys stop this nonsense right here?. For god’s sake stop all these nonsense right here..?” Om shouted on top of his voice.

I had no plans of posting the chapter today, but since it is my birthday i just posted this one, but pinky promise next time I’ll post much longer episodes.
I have made a lot of character changes. Pinky will be seen in a grey shade. I liked her character first, she was jealous, honest and a doting mother, but now her 2 second screen space makes it too horrible to watch. Tej is repenting for his mistakes; it’s high time he has to repent for his mistakes. He need to understand the value of jhanvi and his sons and daughter. So i’m planning o make him roll on the ground :p . Jhanvi will be bold and will not go behind tej for a chance for their marriage, instead tej will be the one.
Shivay and Anika will be seen exploring in love as the new parents of the town, because i don’t want their separation, i just can’t bear it.
Om’s past will be revealed in the upcoming episodes.
Rudra-Saumya’s meet is expected soon!
Priyanka’s story is yet to be decided.
PS: i feel that the vanvas promo is turning out to be true. Shivay is the one who will leave the OM, coz it is now proved that he is Kamini and Shakti’s son.
