It was not my fault (Twinj) Chapter 6

Chapter 5

Kunj and Twinkle are stuck in the forest whereas all are searching for them. Twinkle keeps quiet but from inside she is crying. Kunj sees her painfully, he wants to talk to her but does not understand what to talk. He looks at Twinkle’s injured leg he takes out his napkin and holds her leg to tie it, Twinkle refuses him, but Kunj forcefully ties her, she screams “ah..please its hurting me, leave me” saying so she pulls her leg and throws away the napkin and says “dare not touch me!” Kunj is shocked by her words! It came as a bullet to him. He never expected Twinkle to behave like this with him. He quietly sat down looking the other side. His heart was crying from inside. Twinkle looked away and cried silently.

As evening passes by the sky gets dark. As well as cold breeze is blowing. Twinkle feels cold. She feels sleepy, and finally she closes her eyes and sleeps leaning on Kunj’s shoulder. Kunj eyes her lovingly, he sees Twinkle feeling cold, so he removes his jacket and makes her wear it by himself, he puts her hands inside the jacket and eyes her lovingly, he leans forward and is about to kiss her but he thinks “what am I doing?” He makes her sleep on his lap. He also sleeps. During night, Twinkle hugs Kunj tightly and Kunj hugs her back and says “I love you, please don’t leave me again”. He speaks this while sleeping. “I love you too, and I cant live without you, please never leave me alone..” And they sleep in each other’s embrace.

Kunj comes home and says “mom I am very happy today, Twinkle accepted my proposal.” Usha asks “who is Twinkle?” “she is my love and my life, I love her lot maa, I want to marry her,”Kunj calls Raj and tells everything to him, he gets happy listening to Kunj about his love and decides to meet the next day with Twinkle’s family… Usha feels dizzy, but Kunj holds her and asks “are you okay mom?” Usha says “yes beta I am fine..” Raj gets tensed. “nothing beta she will be fine.” Says Raj.

Next day,
They go to meet Twinkle’s parents, Usha sees them and understands that Twinkle belongs to a middle class family but she wanted a rich girl. Twinkle comes out along with her parents, Kunj sees her and gives her a flying kiss, turning Twinkle pink. Kunj asks her for one flying kiss but she refuses to give. Kunj gets angry and does not see her. The two families talk and everyone liked this proposal of marriage. Except Usha as she wanted a rich girl. Twinkle and Kunj take blessings of all elders… Kunj’s family says “so now we should leave”. Kunj stands still, Twinkle sees Kunj and smiles but he looks to the other side and leaves angrily… Twinkle feels bad and thinks “now I have to do something to convince him.”

Kunj’s family reaches home. Usha says “beta find a girl who is rich and of your standard,” “what?” asks a confused Kunj. Usha says “yes beta she belongs to a middle class family and we are rich”. Kunj says “I didn’t expect this from you, such old thinking? I love her and will marry her only” Usha faints suddenly, Kunj is scared, he tries to wake her up but of no use. He calls the doctor, he checks her up and says “maybe because of exertion she fainted nothing to worry!” Raj leaves the doctor out, he says “thank you for once again saying a lie”. The doctor says “Mr.Sarna your wife’s condition is worsening, you are not taking care of her properly” Raj cries and says “I will try my best”

During night,
Twinkle calls Kunj but he doesn’t answer the call, she gets tensed and tries again, now he picks the call. He asks “what is your problem, why are you calling me at this time?” Twinkle says I am sorry Kunj, he says “I don’t want your sorry.” Twinkle says but.. Kunj teases her and says “ok bye that’s it you wanted to say na?” Twinkle feels bad, “I’m sorry Kunj, please forgive me.” Pleads Twinkle. “Its ok baby I’m not angry”, says Kunj making Twinkle smile.
