“Yeh kya kusur pusur kar rahe ho.” Aunty scolded. We both bowed our head. “Kunj don’t u think u should leave my daughter.” She said indicating our current position. Oh fish my arms were still wrapped around her waist. I slowly left her waist. She stumbled. So I was about to catch her but Leela aunty gave her support. “Aunty now I should go. May chalta hu.” I said. She just nodded. Twinkle n her mom turned around to leave. I also turned around n took two steps ahead to leave but I felt as if something was stopping me from going I turned around; at the same time Twinkle also turned around. Her dupatta was stuck in my bracelet. Leela aunty also turned around. Oh god what must she be thinking? I hurriedly tried to take out the dupatta from her bracelet but my efforts went in vain. By seeing this Twinkle with much difficulty came near me. For an instant we were staring each other then slowly she took out the dupatta n said, “Mr. Khadoos itna be khadoos maat bano…stay calm.” As she was about to turn around her leg twisted n she fell right on top of me. For a moment we were lost in each other (Sajana ve plays in background). The raindrops from her lips rolled down n dropped in my lips. The raindrops brought back our senses. She tried to get up but failed due to which she landed on me. Her hands were on my chest. Literally we had an eyelock. Her wet hair was disturbing our eyelock. I slowly tugged the hair coming on her face. “Siyaapa queen.” I said. “May koi siyaapa queen nai hu.” She said hitting my chest slowly. “Siyaapa queen.” I said. “Huh sadu kahi ke.” She said. She tried getting up but failed. So Leela aunty came near us n helped Twinkle in getting up. I left from there as soon as I could. Mujhe thodi na siyaapa may fasne ka shock tha.

Next Day

I was surprised to see Leela aunty in sarna mansion. She was talking with usha maa but I couldn’t hear what they were talking as I was watching them from the kitchen. Oh no Leela aunty must be complaining maa about yesterday’s incident. “Aaj toh tu gaya Kunj.” I said to myself. May be she is talking about something else. I should go there n listen their talk. Yah that would be better.

I headed towards them. Within few moments I was standing just a few meters away from them. “That would be better.” Leela aunty said. What would be better but anyways she is not talking about me. I turned around to leave but Leela aunty stopped me. “Kunj beta actually we two are going out. Twinkle is suffering from high fever n has even sprained her leg. So I want u to take care of her till we come back only if u are fine with it.” “Kunj u go n take care of Twinkle maa.” Maa added. I just waggled my head which meant to say “Ok.”

Oh no now I have to bear siyaapa queen but what did Leela aunty sayu she has high fever n has even sprained her leg. Oh god iss ladki ko kyu barish may bigna tha. Actually it’s my fault because of me she fell down. Because of me she sprained her leg. Without thinking much I immediately rushed towards Taneja mansion.

@Twinkle’s room

I slowly opened the door of Twinkle’s room. She was lying on the bed n she was shivering n sweating. I immediately checked her body temperature with the thermometer lying beside the bed. Oh god her body temperature was 102 degree Fahrenheit. She had high fever. I touched her forehead. Her forehead was fiery with fever. “Tumhe barish may bigne ki jarurat kaya thi.” I scolded her. “This is all because of u.” she said. “Tu na hamesha charge rahaeti hae na thodi der chup nai rahae sakti…siyaapa queen.” I said placing a cool, damp washcloth on her forehead while she rested. “May koi siyaapa queen nai hu kitni bar kahu.” Oh god this girl is suffering from fever but her battery is fully charged. “Sadu kahi ke.” She said. “Ok now keep quiet.” I said placing the cloth on her forehead. “No I Won ‘t. What..”Before she could complete I placed my hand on her mouth. “Shhh.” I said. With much difficulty she became silent. After sometime she sat on the bed crossing her leg. “Now I am feeling much more better.” She said.

Her medicine was in the drawer just beside the bed. “Now take this medicine.” I said giving her a tablet n a glass of water. “No I don‘t like medicine n I am absolutely fine.” I insisted her a lot n finally she took the medicine. “Mujhe washroom jana hae.” She said. “Go then.” I said. She pointed her leg. Oh god I forgot that she had sprained her leg. I just lifted her in my arms n this time she didn’t resist. I took her to the washroom n stayed outside the washroom. After sometime she opened the door I was about to lift her but she stumbled a bit n we both fell down. “Couldn’t u be careful.” She said in a mood to argue. “U should have been careful..siyaapa queen.” I said getting up. “What did u say? How many times I have said I am not a siyaapa queen.” She said. “Ok ok.” I said while lifting her in my arms. I slowly placed her in the bed but as I was about to get up her hair stopped me. I mean to say her hair got stuck in my jacket’s chain. She slowly took out the hair from my jacket’s chain but before I could get up I heard a coughing sound from behind.

“Thoda sabar karo…itni jaldi romance karne ki kya jarurat hae.” Usha maa said as she n Leela aunty entered the room. What did she mean thoda sabar. “Actually we are going to turn our friendship into rishtedari. Yah we have fixed u two’s marriage.” Leela aunty spoke out. “W-H-A-T??” Twinkle n I said at the same time. Has maa lost it. I n Twinkle to be married. “Yah we have matched ur kundali as well but pandit ji has said that subh mohorat 2 months ke baad hae. So till then u two can know each other n hangout. Kesa laga surprise. ”maa said. I couldn’t tell no to my mom as I couldn’t break her heart n same was with Twinkle so we two had to agree.
“ Zor Ka Jhatka Haye Zoron Se Laga, Haan Laga
Shaadi Ban Gayi Umarqaid Ki Saza, Haan Saza” This two lines were continuously running in my mind but I had to stop this marriage from happening.
