Kriyyam FF ‘ Love Story’ (Part 7)

Next morning

The bright sunlight poured into the room through the drawn curtains and reflects on Krishna’s closed eyes. It disturbed her peaceful sleep and compelled her to open eyes. Krishna opened her eyes and slowly turned her head to see the time and was shocked to see it was 8:30 a.m. She popped up off the bed.

Krishna: What?…it’s 8:30 am…and I m still sleeping?

She got up and saw Sayyam, being ready for office. He was looking at her and smiling. She went to him.

Sayyam: Good morning.

Krishna: Good morning…and sorry…main late ho gayi.

She quickly took her dresses from wardrobe and was heading towards washroom when Sayyam stopped her.

Sayyam: Its ok Krishna…and u r not late…actually I woke early today…I hv an important meeting.

Krishna: Ok…then…I’ll freshen up and make ur breakfast.

She was in hurry.

Sayyam: Krishna…itni jaldi karne ki zaroorat nahi hai…I hv enough time.
Sayyam’s voice couldn’t reach Krishna as she was already inside the washroom and the sound of tap water started echoing in the room.

Sayyam got ready and sat with some files.

On the other side

In Yuvaan and Baby’s room

Yuvaan too got ready for office. Baby came in.

Baby: Yuvaan…r u going to office?

Yuvaan: Haan Baby…aur kahan.

Baby: Ok…then…before u leave…give me some money.

Yuvaan: Money?…But Baby…the day before yesterday only I gave u money…right?…Then again today?

Baby: Oh…so is that mean…I may not need it today?

Yuvaan: No…not that…but I gave u almost 10 thousand…hv u spend the full money?

Baby got irritated but didn’t react much. Rather she started her acting.

Baby: Yuvaan…say it clearly if u don’t want to give…but plz…mujhse aise sawal mat karo…mujhe achha nahi lagta.

She starts to leave but Yuvaan stops her as he feels bad.

Yuvaan: Baby…listen…ok…I m sorry.

Baby: Its ok Yuvaan…mujhe in sab ki aadat hai.

She again tries to leave.

Yuvaan: No…Tell me…tumhe kitne paise chahiye?

Baby gets happy but doesn’t show it.

Baby: No Yuvaan…I don’t need money…u come soon…ur breakfast is ready.

Yuvaan: Baby plz listen to me…I said sorry na…

He took out his wallet and give some money to Baby but she doesn’t take it.

Yuvaan: Take this…is it enough?…or u need more?

Baby sees the money and thinks that it’s more than enough she needs for spa and all. She takes the money. Yuvaan smiles.

Yuvaan: Ab khush…Baby…I m sorry…but I really didn’t mean it…u know right…I love u…and my everything is urs…so don’t ever think anything like that…Ok.

Bbay smiles. Yuvaan hugs her.

Yuvaan: Ok…now I hv to leave…bye.

Baby nodes happily. As soon as Yuvaan leaves she counts the money she got from him and got happier.

Baby: Ye Yuvaan bhi na…bas meri thodi si acting se pighal gaya…aur itne saare paise de diye.

She keeps the money and goes out.

In Kriyyam’s room

Krishna came out of the washroom and starts to get ready as fast as she could. Sayyam saw her and forgot to take breath for a second. She was looking simply gorgeous in that pink bordered yellow saree. Her dripping wet hair was scattered, covering her bare back. She poured a pinch of sindoor in her hairline and took her hair aside to clasps the ‘mangalsutra’ but it got stuck in her hair.

Krishna: Offo…isse bhi abhi atak na tha.

She tried to take it off quickly but it got more fastened. Sayyam saw her struggling with her mangalsutra and went over to her. He moved her hands and frees her chain, without saying anything. Krishna stopped there and looks at him, through the mirror.

Sayyam was done with the chain and looks at her. A little curve of blush formed on Krishna’s lips. They hv cute eye-lock through the mirror. But soon it was broken as Sayyam’s phone rings. He goes to take the call. Krishna too looked away shyly.

Sayyam talks over the phone for sometime and Krishna gets ready. He cuts the call. Once again both look at eachother as Krishna starts to head towards outside. Suddenly Sayyam remembers something and stops her.

Sayyam: Krishna…one second..

Krishna stops on her way. Sayyam goes near her and takes out a small red box.

Sayyam: Wo…actually…this is a ring for u…which I was supposed to give u yesterday…but I just forgot.

Krishna gets happy as Sayyam takes out a beautiful ring out of the box. Sayyam looks at her and forwards his left hand. Krishna smiles and she too places her left hand on his. Sayyam smiles and swiftly puts the ring in her ring finger. Krishna looks at the ring lovingly and then at Sayyam, in the same way. Both smiles.

In the meantime Baby was passing through their room and witnessed everything. Her eyes were wide open to see the diamond ring dazzling in Krishna’s finger. Her jealousness of Krishna increased at the moment. She thought

Baby: Mujhe kuch paise paane ke liye itni acting karni padh rahi hai…aur yahan…isse dekho…iske upar toh jaise gehno ki bearish hi ho rahi hai…

Her eyes were burning in jealousy and anger. She left from there.

Inside the room

Krishna smiles and turns to leave only to be stopped by Sayyam, once again. She stops and looks at him confused as he takes out the hanky from his pocket. He pulls Krishna closer, holding her hand and wipes the vermillion off from the top of her nose. Krishna closed her eyes being shocked by his action. But soon opens her eyes and see Sayyam staring at her. She blushes.

Krishna: Thanks…

She says that and runs from there. Sayyam kept the hanky back inside his pocket and he too left.
