Haunted – Chapter 1

Now, 1st epi…here story starts. The story will be swinging from past to present and present to past.

Chapter 1:

Present:
“Ragini….” shouts Laksh who is in hospital. Doctor gives him anaesthesia and starts treatment.
Ragini who is in car..going somewhere keeps crying… “why did you cheat me Laksh??”
Laksh is given treatment… doctor checks the pulse rate and puts his hand down in shock.
Ragini enters a big mansion and looks at that in tears. Shekar puts hand on her shoulder and says, “no worries beta…now you start your new life.”
Ragini smiles painfully.
Dadaji and dadi maa come out of that mansion. Dadi takes Ragini in. Dadaji and Shekar smirk.
Dadaji: did you kill him.
Shekar: yes papa.

Dadaji laughs: what Ragini is thinking?
Shekar: she is misunderstanding Laksh now. Our way is clear.
They both laugh.
Shekar leaves Ragini in that mansion and goes away.
Ragini goes to her room, close the door and cry a lot. She look at the window in blank face and goes into flash back…

Past…..
Ragini and Laksh are lovers in college. How they became lovers is normal like everyone. They decide to tell about them in their house.
Laksh: I don’t have anyone Ragini. If I have any..that’s only you.
Ragini smiles and keeps her head on his shoulder.
One fine day,
Ragini shows Laksh to her father Shekar.
Shekar: beta, your happiness is my happiness. He will be ur husband.
Raglak are happy. They come out.
Laksh: you are this rich? I never thought u are a rich girl…

Ragini: I didn’t say..why should I say? I will come to your house right after marriage..
Laksh: but, I’m a normal boy. I don’t have any treasures to make you happy…
Ragini: I don’t want all those…
Laksh moving close to her: then what do you want?
Ragini holding his collar: lots of hugs and..
Laksh: and…
Ragini in tears: lots of love and only love…
Laksh: hey..
Says and wipes her tears.

Laksh: your wish accepted madam..
He gives her a gentle hug. Ragini rests in his embrace.
Shekar looks this from Window. And presses his hand tightly in anger. He calls to his father.
Shekar: papa…Ragini is in love with a boy..
Dadaji in anger: kill that idiot first..! Ragini should marry minister’s son and we have given them promise..!!
Shekar: but Ragini is in love with that boy baba..
Dadaji: kill him from her heart also.
Shekar smirks and Dadaji also.
Raglak are talking in phone…
Rag: what ru dng??
Lak: watching a ghost movie..
Rag: what? ?? I’m afraid of such movies.
Then lak off the T.V.
Lak: I will leave everything which you don’t like.
Ragini smiles. Then she goes near her father to talk. She is shocked to hear that Shekar is planning to kill Laksh.
Soon, Ragini runs near Laksh.
Lak: ladoo..what happened?
Rag: laksh…let’s run away. Papa, is trying to kill you…
Just then Shekar comes with goons.

He is about to shoot Laksh. Ragini stands in front of him.
Rag: dad..! kill me first..
Lak: ladoo..move..
Shekar shoots a bullet. Ragini shouts.. “aa..”
Her shoulder got bullet shot. Laksh holds her.

Lak: what kind of father you are? You want to kill your own daughter?
Shekar: i will kill anyone who is barrier to my reputation.

Rag: fine dad… think that i’m dead now…!
Shekar shocks.
Rag: from now, i’m not your daughter… I’m Laksh’s wife.

Shekar: Ragini..! if you leave this house now, you will never have entry again..!

But, Ragini holds Laksh’s hand.
Ragini and Laksh hold hand in hand and go away somewhere.

Present: fb ends.

Ragini comes out of her thoughts. She looks at mangal sutr in her neck. She cries.
Then she sees a raksha thread on her hand. She removes it in anger…

Suddenly, the day changes dark. Ragini shocks and stands. All the sky is covered with dark clouds.
“Dadi maa…” she shouts and about to go out… but someone held her neck from back, but no one is there.

Ragini tries to shout but, she can’t speak and feels suffocated. She suddenly falls down unconscious.

“Ragini..!” shouts Laksh and wakes up from unconscious state. Doctor comes near him and amazes that he is alive.

Doc: thank god…you are alive..
Laksh starts getting up.
Doc: don’t move. You need rest.
Laksh: i have to go… i have to save my Ragini.
Laksh doesn’t listen to doctor and he gets down from bed. He keeps going somewhere.

Then he remembers something…

Past again:

Laksh and Ragini are college mates. They liked each other. Laksh is middle class and he don’t have anyone. Ragini is a rich girl. After knowing that she is rich, Laksh decides to leave her.
Then Ragini requests…

Rag: Please…don’t leave me….
Rag hugged lak from behind.
Lak: No, I have to go…
Lak said with expression less face but tears in eyes.
Rag turns him to her side.
Rag: Why? Why do you want to leave? I’m I not suitable to you?
Lak: I can’t say anything…
Rag holds his shoulders and looks straightly into his eyes.
Rag: No other girl can make you happy than me…! And I can never accept any other than you… look…look into deep my eyes. Don’t you feel any love in it… you thought compassion to this eyes… you thought smile to this lips… you thought feelings to this heart…can’t you listen that heart’s beat? That says only your name. this eye blinks say your name…and this lips keep murmuring your name. this innocent soul knows nothing than you…!
Rag keeps telling looking into his eyes. He looks helplessly at her.
Lak: No… I’m not suitable to a nice girl like you..
Rag: Why??
Lak: I’m not rich…
Rag: I don’t ask you any precious thing.
Lak: I don’t even earn properly.
Rag: I can adjust with you.
Lak: I have much anger…!
Rag moves closer to him.
Rag: I will bear it.

Lak: No… you have all good qualities. A nice groom is waiting for you. I can’t make you happy…
Rag hugs him.
Rag: Don’t say like that… I can’t live without you.
Lak moves her far.

Both look at each other.
Lak turns other side and about to go.
Rag bends to his legs and holds his leg strongly so that he can’t move.
No… I won’t let you go… you have to be with me forever.
But, lak removes her hands and start going away.
Rag looks on with teary eyes…

She keeps crying holding her face in her hands. Then she feels a warm hand on her shoulder. She raises her head and sees. It’s Laksh. He held her both shoulders and raise her.

Laksh: ok… i’m ready to marry you. But, you have to come with me after marriage. Leaving all this riches back…
Ragini nods her head. He wipes her tears.

After that, Ragini showing him to Shekar… and Ragini leaving her father and goes away with Laksh happens.

Now present…

Laksh is going on a bike.
“I will save you at any cost Ragini… you are my life and i had given you promise that i will save you…! i’m coming…”

Ragini is lying unconscious on floor. Dadi comes near her.
