Khoobsurat is a movie of milli she is physiotherapist and she comes to a palace for her patient who is a king and treats (See more) him . There she meets vikram singh rathore who is prince . but the rani saa means queen doesn't like milli bcoz she doesn't follow rules of palace but she is not happy bcoz king is not ready for exercise and doesn't do anything . After that one day milli knows that the Big prince of palace died in accident and king thinks that he is a reason for it and doesn't want to do anything . After that she explains that its not his fault king and he starts exercise . After that vikram and milli shares a kiss when milli was drunk . After that milli starts loving vikram . Vikram doesn't accept it but at last he accept that he loves milli .
